A) All students studying MBBS or BDS at the time of the conference (including interns) are eligible to attend and participate in OSMECON.
B) Registration for OSMECON is online, through the portal on OSMECON website.
C) Students studying paramedical courses are eligible to attend and are only allowed to participate in passive events.

The last date for registrations for OSMECON 2023 is 13th September.
With basic registration, delegates can participate in the passive events and be the audience for active events. Basic registration also includes lunch for the three days during the event.

Yes, medical postgraduates can attend OSMECON, but only passively. Participation in events is limited to students of MBBS and BDS.

Yes, basic registration grants you access to be the audience to any of the events of OSMECON, barring workshops.
A college ID card is preferred. In case of inability to present an ID card - a Bonafide certificate, dated within a month of the conference, along with a valid government issued photo ID proof must be carried.
The e-ticket is required only on the first day to check-in to the conference and get your delegate ID card and welcome kit. Both soft copies and printouts are accepted at the check-in desk. During the rest of the event, carrying your college ID card and delegate ID card is sufficient.
No, basic registration is non-refundable.

ACCOMODATION
Accommodations will be provided at the OYO facilities near OSMANIA MEDICAL COLLEGE.
Basic registration doesn’t include accommodation. Delegates have to register separately for the accommodation.
If one wishes to avail the accommodation facility during the conference, please click YES on the registration form or fill the google form attached in the Delegates Corner on the website.(However, the cost hase to be borne by the delegates seperately.) .
CERTIFICATES
Yes, attending the conference with a basic registration awards you a participation certificate which can be collected at the certificate distribution stall.
A) Participation certificates for all active events are distributed at the end of the day's session.
B) Participation certificates for workshops are distributed at the end of the workshop.
C) The certificate for participation in the conference (given to all delegates with basic registration) will be given at the certificate distribution stall along with the delegate kit on the first day.
D) Certificates of winners for various events will be distributed along with the trophies in the valedictory ceremony on the last day of the event.
