Rules & Regulations
- Basic registration is mandatory for all delegates who wish to attend OSMECON.
- Prior registration is mandatory for participation in all events.
- After basic registration, make a note of your registration ID.
- After registration, a confirmation email will be sent with a link to join the Telegram group and WhatsApp community for registered delegates.
- There is no on-the-spot registration for workshops.
- All members of a team must register to participate in a team event.
- Offline basic registration for OSMECON 2026 includes lunch and the option to spectate at all events except workshops.
- To request accommodation, select YES on the registration form or complete the form in the Delegates Corner. Accommodation costs are paid separately. For details, contact +91 81790 15172.
- Delegates must carry their college ID card and OSMECON registration ID at all times during the conference.
- Plagiarism of any kind will lead to disqualification.
- Workshop delegates consent to attend at their own discretion; OSMECON and its organising team are not responsible for health issues that may develop during or after an event.
- Successful payment transactions will not be refunded.
- Delegates or teams who do not follow event rules or engage in unethical practices may be disqualified.
