Registrations for CASE PRESENTATION, PAPER PRESENTATION, DIOGENES CLUB are closed.

Rules & Regulations

1) Basic registration is mandatory for all delegates who wish to attend OSMECON.
2) Prior registration is mandatory for participation in all the events.
3) After basic registration, please make a note of your registration ID.
4) After registration, a confirmation mail will be sent with a link attached to it. Click on it to join the TELEGRAM group and Whatsapp community for registered delegates.
5) There is no on-spot registration for workshops.
6) All members of a team must register to participate in any team event.
7) Offline basic registration for OSMECON 2025 is inclusive of lunch, as well as having the option to spectate all events, barring workshops.
8) If one wishes to avail the accommodation facility during the conference, please click YES on the registration form or fill the Google form attached in the Delegates Corner on the website. (However, the cost has to be borne by the delegate separately). For details contact: +919154183140
9) Carrying your college ID card and OSMECON Registration ID is mandatory at all times at the conference.
10) Plagiarism of any kind will lead to disqualification.
11) Delegates who register for workshops are considered to have provided their consent, stating "OSMECON or the organising team is not responsible for any health issues that may or may not develop during or after the event, and I am attending this event of my own free will."
12) SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
13) Delegates not following the rules and regulations of the events and resorting to unethical practices (individuals/teams) are liable to be disqualified. Such practices will not be entertained.

Rules & Regulations for WORKSHOPS

1) Please register only through the links provided in our official website.
2) Two links will be provided in the website.
3) FIRST LINK is for the delegates who are registering for the first time where you are required to fill in your details and select the active and passive events you wish to participate in.
4) The SECOND LINK is for the delegates who have already completed their basic registration and
a)Wish to choose a workshop.
b)Wish to choose additional active/passive events
5) NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
6) Each delegate can register ONLY for a SINGLE workshop.
7) The slots are filled purely on the basis of 'fastest fingers first'.
8) Team OSMECON cannot guarantee any slot if the individual faces any technical errors.
9) *All registrations are non refundable and non transferrable.*
10) Please ensure that all details are provided are accurate. Team OSMECON will not be responsible for any errors arising from incorrect information submitted.

Eligibility:-

1) All students studying MBBS at the time of the conference (including interns) are eligible to attend and participate in OSMECON.
2) Postgraduates are not eligible to the conference.
